We at Friskrygg work to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery estimates

All stated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Customs and import duties

When ordering to countries outside Sweden (e.g. to Norway), you, as the customer, are responsible for all customs costs, value added tax (VAT), and other import fees that may arise when the item arrives in your country. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their size.

Risk

Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, the risk for the item passes to the customer.

Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not collected at the pick-up point, or that are returned due to non-payment of customs/duties, will be charged a return fee to cover the actual shipping and handling costs.
